Viscosa™ Crystal-Resistant CBD Distillate was developed specifically for inhalable products where crystallisation and flow issues can lead to clogged cartridges and failed hardware.
Using supercritical CO₂ extraction, we retain the natural cannabinoid and terpene profile while removing crystallisation triggers through winterization, dual-stage filtration, and controlled decarboxylation.
Blended with MCT oil, Viscosa™ remains fluid and stable over time, even in low-output or long-shelf-life devices. Its clean, neutral base works reliably with vape-specific flavouring agents, making it ideal for cartridges, disposables, and other inhalable formats.

We extract CBD from hemp strains selected for their unique genetic profile, optimised for quality and effect.
Enables precise control of genetics, environment, and harvest, resulting in consistent cannabinoid profiles and cleaner raw material for extraction.
Waxes, lipids, and other crystallisation triggers are removed through winterization and dual-stage filtration, resulting in a reliable formulation.
Designed to stay fluid, Viscosa™ resists crystallisation even at higher CBD concentrations, reducing risk of clogging or flow issues in vape systems.
1. Extraction – Cannabinoids and terpenes are extracted using supercritical CO₂ to ensure a cleaner, solvent-free base oil suitable for inhalation.
2. Sub-zero Dewaxing – Wax and lipid content is removed through mechanical filtration at sub-zero temperatures to reduce crystallisation risk and improve flow stability.
3. Dual-Stage Filtration – Fine-micron filtration is applied in two stages to eliminate micro-particulates and other crystallisation triggers that can cause cartridge clogging or phase separation.
4. Decarboxylation – Low-temperature thermal decarboxylation converts cannabinoid acids into their active forms.
5. Triple Lab Testing – Each batch is tested twice in our in-house lab, after extraction and after decarboxylation, using HPLC and GC-MS. It is then tested by a third-party laboratory to confirm cannabinoid content, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Most vape-grade CBD distillates still struggle with crystallisation, especially in low-output or shelf-stored hardware. Viscosa™ is engineered to stay fluid – removing waxes, balancing cannabinoids, and using controlled decarboxylation to prevent crystal formation. Unlike typical broad-spectrum oils, it flows consistently, fills cleanly, and performs across all vape devices without clogging or separation.
