Can I visit your facility or meet the team in person?

Yes. You can schedule a visit to our facility. Just contact us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

How long has Hempo Solutions been active in the CBD industry?

We’ve been active since 2019, starting as a consumer brand. We shifted into manufacturing after facing quality and consistency problems with past suppliers, and we now solve those issues for other businesses.

Do you serve clients outside of Europe?

Yes. We work with clients across Europe and in select countries in Asia, including Japan. All products meet the compliance standards of your destination market.

Are your products suitable for resale under my own brand?

Yes. All of our products are designed for resale. You can apply your own label, select your packaging, and receive the documentation needed for your market.

What support do you offer beyond manufacturing?

We support clients with product strategy, branding, compliance, packaging advice, and go-to-market planning. This gives you a full solution, not just a product.

Do you sell directly to consumers?

No. Hempo Solutions is a B2B-only supplier. We do not offer direct-to-consumer sales.

Where is your hemp grown, and under what conditions?

Our hemp is cultivated indoors in the Valais region of Switzerland. We use proprietary genotypes and grow under controlled, pesticide-free conditions to ensure purity, consistency, and a cannabinoid-rich profile.

What extraction methods do you use?

We use proprietary CO₂ extraction for clean, solvent-free results. Depending on the product, additional steps like winterization, chromatography, and purification are applied to refine the extract and match your specifications.

Are your facilities GMP or ISO certified?

Yes. Our production sites are certified under ISO 9001, ISO 22000 (Food Safety), ISO 22716 (Cosmetics GMP), and GMP. These certifications cover every stage from formulation to packaging.

Can I request a specific cannabinoid ratio or formula?

Yes. Through our private label service, you can customize cannabinoid ratios including CBD, CBG, CBN, CBC, and others. Our team will help ensure your formula is both stable and compliant.

What types of CBD products do you manufacture?

We produce tinctures, capsules, gummies, topicals, creams, patches, water-soluble formats, cosmetics, balms, and gels. These are available in isolate, broad spectrum, or full spectrum formats.

Do you manufacture products with 0.0% THC?

Yes. We offer THC-free formulations with non-detectable THC levels below 20 ppm, suitable for restricted markets like Japan.

Can you produce vegan, sugar-free, or allergen-free formulas?

Yes. We can create products that are vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, or free from common allergens. Just let us know your requirements during the development phase.

What testing and quality control steps do you follow during production?

Each batch is tested multiple times in-house and by third-party labs. We check for cannabinoid content, THC levels, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial safety to ensure consistent quality.

Do you produce cosmetics and supplements under EU regulations?

Yes. Our products meet EU standards for cosmetics and food supplements. We support CPNP and Novel Food compliance depending on the product category.

Are minor cannabinoids like CBG, CBN, and CBC available?

Yes. We can include minor cannabinoids in your formulation depending on availability and technical feasibility. They can be naturally retained or added based on your product goals.

How do I place an order with Hempo Solutions?

We don’t accept blind orders through the website. Every client relationship starts with a short video call. This helps us understand your brand, goals, and product vision so we can decide together if we’re a good fit. From there, we guide you through next steps like sampling, formulation planning, and agreement setup. Once everything is aligned, we prepare a quote and timeline tailored to your needs.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?

MOQ depends on the product type. Most white label products start at 50 units per SKU. Private label orders typically begin at 5 litres or 500 units. Bulk ingredients start at 2 to 2.5 kg or litres. Each product page includes specific MOQs.

Can I request samples before committing to a larger order?

Yes. We offer samples to qualified businesses for evaluation. Samples include full documentation and allow you to test quality, taste, texture, and consistency.

Do you offer credit terms or only prepayment?

Most orders require advance payment. For long-term clients, credit terms may be discussed on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers (SEPA or SWIFT). All payment details are provided with your invoice.

How do I cancel or amend an order?

Orders can usually be canceled before advance payment. After payment, cancellation is only possible within 3 business days and may be subject to partial refund terms as outlined in your agreement.

Can I re-order a previous formulation?

Yes. We keep full batch records and formulation specs on file. You can re-order previous products with the same specifications and packaging unless updates are requested.

How long is my quote or pricing offer valid?

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change after that period due to raw material or packaging cost fluctuations.

Can I get volume-based or long-term pricing?

Yes. We offer tiered pricing based on order volume and contract length. Let us know your projected volumes and we’ll prepare a custom quote.

Do you charge extra for custom packaging or design?

Packaging is included in white label pricing. Custom packaging or design support is available through our consulting service and may involve additional costs depending on complexity.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide using tracked and insured delivery services. Our products are packaged for safety and regulatory compliance.

What is the typical lead time for delivery?

White label products are usually ready within 1 to 2 weeks. Private label and bulk formulations may take longer depending on customisation and testing needs. Once dispatched, delivery within the EU typically takes 3 to 4 business days.

How are products packaged for safe transit?

All orders are securely packaged using tamper-evident seals, temperature-stable materials, and moisture-resistant barriers to ensure product integrity during transit.

Can I choose the shipping method or carrier?

In most cases, yes. We work with trusted logistics partners but can use a preferred carrier if needed. Let us know your requirements when placing the order.

Is express or priority shipping available?

Yes. Express 24-hour or 48-hour shipping options are available within the EU upon request. Availability depends on order size and destination.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we provide a tracking number and estimated delivery window. You’ll receive updates directly via email.

What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?

Who covers shipping costs – Hempo Solutions or the buyer?

Shipping costs are typically included in your quote. For larger orders or custom logistics, shipping may be calculated separately. We will always confirm this with you before invoicing.

Can I schedule delivery to multiple addresses?

Yes. Split deliveries are possible for large or multi-location orders. Please provide shipping details in advance so we can coordinate properly.

Are shipping timelines different for bulk vs. finished goods?

Yes. Bulk ingredients are usually ready faster, often within a few days. Finished products, especially private label orders, may require more time due to packaging, documentation, and testing.

Do all products come with a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?

Yes. Every batch we produce is supplied with a CoA from a third-party accredited laboratory. It confirms cannabinoid content, THC levels, and product safety.

Is MSDS documentation available upon request?

Yes. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available for all applicable products and can be provided on request with your order.

Do you provide Product Data Sheets (PDS) for your products?

Yes. We provide Product Data Sheets that summarise key information such as ingredients, cannabinoid profile, usage type, storage conditions, and shelf life. These are especially helpful for formulation teams and regulatory reviews.

Do you support CPNP registration for cosmetics?

Yes. We assist with the full Cosmetic Product Notification Portal (CPNP) registration process, including label review, safety documentation, and formulation support.

Can you help with Novel Food documentation?

We can provide guidance for Novel Food applications, particularly for products made with compliant CBD isolate or broad-spectrum extracts. While we don’t file on your behalf, we help you meet the documentation and technical standards.

What testing is performed before a product is shipped?

Each product goes through internal testing and third-party laboratory verification. We test for cannabinoid levels, residual solvents, heavy metals, microbial contamination, and THC compliance.

Are your lab tests performed in-house or externally?

Both. We run in-house tests throughout production using HPLC and GC-MS, and then verify each batch through independent, accredited third-party laboratory.

Can you provide documentation for export or import clearance?

Yes. We supply full batch documentation and can provide additional compliance paperwork as needed for customs, depending on your destination country.

Are your cannabinoid levels third-party verified?

Yes. All cannabinoid levels are confirmed through third-party lab testing to ensure accuracy and market compliance.

Can you assist with compliance for THC-restricted markets like Japan?

Yes. We produce formulations with non-detectable THC (<20 ppm) and offer documentation that meets the import standards of strict markets like Japan.
