Rejuvenating CBD Cream: Production Process

2. Ethanol Winterization – Waxes, lipids, and plant solids are removed through ethanol winterization. Ethanol is fully evaporated after processing.
3. Thermal Decarboxylation – CBDa is converted into active CBD through controlled, low-temperature heating.
4. Distillation and Crystallisation – The extract is distilled under vacuum and crystallised using controlled temperature and pressure to yield high-purity CBD isolate.
5. Topical Formulation – The isolate is combined with botanical extracts, moisturisers, and stabilisers to create a lightweight, fast-absorbing cream.
6. Filling and Final Testing – The cream is filled and sealed, then tested in-house and by a third-party laboratory to verify cannabinoid content, purity, and cosmetic compliance.
