Cooling CBD Gel: Production Process
1. Supercritical CO₂ Extraction – CBD is extracted using supercritical CO₂ under controlled temperature and pressure.
2. Winterization – The extract is winterized using food-grade ethanol to remove fats and waxes. Ethanol is fully removed before further processing.
3. Double Filtration – We filter the extract twice to remove plant particles, improve clarity, and ensure a stable, high-purity CBD oil.
4. Decarboxylation – Low-temperature thermal decarboxylation activates cannabinoids while maintaining extract integrity.
5. Crystallisation – The refined extract is crystallised using temperature & pressure control to produce 99% pure CBD isolate.
6. Gel Formulation – CBD isolate is dispersed into a water-based gel blend with menthol, camphor, arnica, aloe, and other cooling botanical actives.
7. Filling and Final Testing – The gel is filled into tubes and tested in-house and by a third-party lab to confirm cannabinoid contents.
