4. THC Removal – Flash chromatography is used to remove THC while preserving CBD, CBG, CBC, and other minor cannabinoids.
5. Triple Lab Testing – Each batch is tested twice in-house and once by a third-party laboratory for cannabinoid profile and safety.
6. Patch Formulation and Lamination – The refined extract is infused into an acrylic-based matrix and laminated onto a skin-safe backing with medical-grade adhesive.
7. Cutting & Packaging – Patches are die-cut to size (60×80 mm), sealed in individual sachets or bulk containers, then batch-coded for traceability and shelf life control.
