1. Supercritical CO₂ Extraction – Cannabigerol is extracted from CBG-dominant hemp using high-pressure CO₂, without solvents or chemical residues.
2. Controlled Decarboxylation – CBGa is converted to CBG through low-temperature decarboxylation under vacuum, preventing oxidation and compound breakdown.
3. Cold-Phase Filtration – The extract is filtered at sub-zero temperatures to remove waxes, lipids, and chlorophyll while preserving cannabinoid integrity.
4. Carrier Oil Integration – The purified CBG extract is blended with the selected carrier oil. Options include MCT, hemp seed, olive, or avocado oil.
5. Triple Lab Testing – Each batch is tested in-house after extraction and decarboxylation using HPLC and GC-MS. Final verification is performed by a third-party lab to confirm cannabinoid profile, safety, and compliance.
