1. Dual CO₂ Extraction – First we use Subcritical CO₂ to extract terpenes at low temperatures, preventing degradation. Supercritical CO₂ is used after to extract cannabinoids while maintaining naturally rich compound profile.
2. Sub-zero Dewaxing – Mechanical filtration at sub-zero temperatures removes waxes and lipids that can affect stability and clarity.
3. Short-Path Distillation – The extract is refined under high vacuum to remove residual impurities and improve consistency, without altering the natural cannabinoid and terpene profile.
4. Decarboxylation – Low-temperature thermal decarboxylation converts cannabinoid acids into their active forms.
5. Triple Lab Testing – Each batch is tested twice in our in-house lab, and then tested by a third-party laboratory to confirm quality and compliance
6. Vegan capsule filling – The finished oil is encapsulated in softgels made from tapioca starch derived from the cassava plant.
