RAW CBD oil: Production Process
1. Subcritical CO₂ Extraction – Low-temperature CO₂ extraction preserves cannabinoid acids while capturing terpenes and native plant compounds in their original form.
2. Minimal Filtration – Only coarse biomass is removed. Waxes, lipids, and chlorophyll are retained to maintain the full-plant profile.
3. No Distillation or Heat Processing – The oil is not distilled or decarboxylated. This preserves native cannabinoid ratios and acidic forms such as CBDA and CBGA.
4. Triple Lab Testing – Each batch is tested twice in-house, during and after extraction, using HPLC and GC-MS. Final testing is conducted by a third-party lab to confirm cannabinoid content and regulatory compliance.
