Our Quality Guarantee

At Hempo Solutions, product consistency and accurate specifications are a priority. Every batch we ship is matched to what was agreed during the ordering process.

If you receive a product that does not meet those specifications, we will resolve it either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund. We define Nonconforming Products as items that differ significantly from the specifications confirmed in writing between you and our team.

How the Process works:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to report a nonconforming product. Submit your claim with supporting evidence (such as test results or visual proof) to support@hemposolutions.eu.

  • If we confirm the significant nonconformity through internal review, you can choose either a replacement or a full refund.

  • Once the claim is approved, you’ll have 3 days to return the affected products using the prepaid return label we provide.

Additional terms:

  • Refunds apply only to the product cost. If your shipment was damaged or lost in transit, we will reship the goods at no extra cost.

  • We may request the return of the original product before issuing a refund or replacement. Return costs will be covered by Hempo Solutions.

  • This guarantee applies only to the original condition of the product at the time of delivery. It does not apply if the product has been used, opened, or altered.

  • The guarantee covers nonconformity in product specifications only. It does not include indirect or consequential losses.
