3. Thermal Decarboxylation – CBDa is converted into active CBD using precisely controlled low-temperature heating.
4. Distillation and Crystallisation – The extract is refined under vacuum and crystallised through pressure and temperature control to produce high-purity CBD isolate.
5. Topical Formulation – The isolate is blended with botanical actives, emollients, and stabilisers to create a lightweight, fast-absorbing lotion.
6. Filling and Final Testing – The lotion is filled into retail packaging or bulk containers and tested in-house and by third-party lab to confirm cannabinoid content, purity, and compliance.
