Purema™ CBG Isolate: Production Process
1. Supercritical CO₂ Extraction – Cannabinoids are extracted from CBG-dominant hemp using solvent-free supercritical CO₂ under controlled pressure and temperature.
2. Winterization – Extract is winterized using food-grade ethanol to remove waxes, fats, and lipids. Ethanol is fully evaporated before further processing.
3. Decarboxylation – CBGA is gently converted to active CBG through low-temperature thermal decarboxylation to preserve structural integrity.
4. Vacuum Distillation – The extract is distilled under high vacuum to isolate & concentrate CBG fraction, removing residual impurities.
5. Solvent-Free Crystallisation – CBG is crystallised under controlled temperature and pressure without added solvents, yielding ≥99.0% purity.
6. Final Testing and Quality Control – Each batch is tested in-house and by an accredited third-party laboratory to confirm cannabinoid content, THC compliance, and purity.
