Entaria™ Full Spectrum CBD oil: Production Process
1. Dual-phase Extraction – Subcritical CO₂ is used first to extract terpenes at low temperatures, preventing degradation. Supercritical CO₂ follows to extract cannabinoids while maintaining the native compound balance.
2. Dewaxing – Mechanical filtration at sub-zero temperatures removes waxes and lipids that affect stability and clarity, without the use of solvents.
3. Short-Path Distillation – The extract is refined under high vacuum to remove residual impurities and improve consistency, without altering the natural cannabinoid and terpene profile.
4. Decarboxylation – Low-temperature thermal decarboxylation converts cannabinoid acids into their active forms.
5. Triple Lab Testing – Each batch is tested twice in our in-house lab, after extraction and after decarboxylation, using HPLC and GC-MS. It is then tested by a third-party laboratory to confirm cannabinoid content, safety, and regulatory compliance.
